Message	I don't think JUST bolting on a pair of 535's will put him into the 11's. He might want to consider full 2.5" exhaust (DP's, Test Pipes, Cat-back), maybe Nitrous, bigger injectors if he's going to boost high enough to pull 11's, a good suspension (maybe stock can do it if you can drive good without getting wheel-hop) and awesome tires (as well as some little horsepower freeing mods i.e. UD Pulley).
